At Badri Webtech, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy ensures transparency and provides clarity on eligibility for refunds related to our web design and graphic design services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis, based on the specific terms outlined in our service agreement with you.
Refunds apply solely to web design and graphic design services and are not applicable to third-party costs or fees, including hosting, domain purchases, or software licenses procured for your project.

Refund Requests

Send your request to hello@badriwebtech.com with a detailed description of the reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 – 5 business days.

Partial Refunds

If a project is in progress and you decide to discontinue services, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

Refund calculations for partially completed work are determined by the specific milestones reached as outlined in the project proposal.

Non-Refundable Services

Customized Design Deliverables: Due to the personalized nature of our web and graphic design services, refunds are not provided once final designs are delivered and accepted by you.

Payments processed through Razorpay are subject to their refund policies. Any transaction fees from Razorpay are non-refundable.
