Payment Terms
Payment Processing: Payments for graphic and web design services are accepted via Razorpay. Note that Razorpay is not used for marketing services payments.
Pricing: Pricing for services is detailed in our proposal documents or communicated directly to clients. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are available based on the agreed-upon service terms, subject to our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: Badri Webtech retains ownership of all materials created until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, ownership rights to deliverables transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified.
Client Content: By providing Badri Webtech with any text, images, or other media for your project, you affirm you have rights to the content and grant us a license to use it for the duration of the project.
User Obligations
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate information for service-related matters.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to misuse our services or website for illegal activities or unauthorized purposes, including attempting to breach our security measures.
Limitation of Liability
