Launching a D2C product typically means weeks of coordinating copywriters, designers and market research just to produce a launch-ready marketing kit — expensive and slow, especially for brands with lean budgets.
We built a single-form n8n system that runs a new product through a 4-agent pipeline: one researches competitor positioning and market intelligence, a second writes a full copy kit (60+ assets — ads, emails, product pages — in the brand's chosen tone and language, including multi-language variants), a third generates on-brand marketing images matched to product, colour and aesthetic direction, and a fourth runs automated QA before everything is packaged into a Google Drive folder and emailed to both the agency and brand owner.
What we did
Here's how we approached A D2C consumer goods brand's project, step by step.
Single intake form captures product, brand voice, aesthetic, languages and competitors
Agent 1: competitor and market intelligence research
Agent 2: 60+ copy assets across ads, email and product copy — multi-language capable
Agent 3: on-brand AI image generation matched to product and visual direction
Agent 4: automated QA review before final packaging
Auto-organised Google Drive asset folder plus UTM-tagged campaign links
Executive brief emailed to the brand owner, full kit emailed to the agency
